​​​**All final 50% non-refundable balances are due on or before March 31, 2025.

​​​​​*Should these non-refundable deposit & balance requirements not be met, FGCTE may choose to terminate contract with Exhibitor, and release the booth(s) to others.

**Once deposits and/or payments are made, all sales are final, and deposits/payments become non-refundable.

​

EACH TABLE SPACE IS $400, AND INCLUDES:

- Two (2) complimentary weekend wristbands & Exhibitor lanyards;

- Up to two (2) additional weekend wristbands PER EXHIBITOR SPACE may be purchased at check in for $30 each.  After two (2) weekend wristbands are purchased, the full weekend price of $45 each will be charged. This discounted price is ONLY available at check-in/set-up on Thursday.

- One (1) 8’ table dressed with linen/or skirting, and covered in plastic

- Two (2) chairs;

- One (1) standard waste basket

- Electric will be provided, however, Exhibitor agrees to supply their own extension cords and power strips.

- No CBD, medical marijuana, or interactive gaming for prizes exhibitors permitted
