THIS IS A TATTOO ARTIST APPLICATION!

Regardless who is booking the booth(s), all attending artists must have two (2) years, full-time, tattooing experience to be considered.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Refunds will not be provided should it be discovered that artists have reserved and/or purchased a booth without meeting this requirement.

 

Deposit / Payment Schedule!

Tattoo Artist Booths are $750 each when paid via Zelle, or $776.26 per booth when paying by credit card.

 

Please read the information below, complete the application form, and submit your non-refundable deposit to apply and reserve your booth.

Deposit options:

Zelle: $375 per booth
Credit Card: $388.13 per booth

You may also choose to pay in full at the time of application.

Booths hold up to two (2) artists comfortably tattooing in the booth together.

 

If selecting the payment plan option, the final balance of $375 per booth is due NO LATER THAN May 1.

Should deposit & balance requirements not be met, FGCTE will choose to terminate contract with Exhibitor, and release the booth(s) to others who are ready to pay in full.  There is a LOT of planning that goes into the show, and we request your understanding that we have a timeline in place to ensure a great turnout.  Also, it benefits you - the artist - to register and lock in early, get the ads moving ASAP - and collect your appointments and exposure.

- Once deposits and/or payments are made, all sales are final, and deposits/payments become non-refundable.

EACH TATTOO ARTIST BOOTH INCLUDES:

- Three (2) complimentary weekend wristbands & Exhibitor lanyards;

- Up to three (3) additional weekend wristbands PER BOOTH may be purchased at check in for $30 each.  After three (3) weekend wristbands are purchased PER BOOTH, the full weekend price of $45 each will be charged. This discounted price is ONLY available at check-in/set-up on Thursday.

- Two (2) 6’ tables (front one dressed in linens or skirted, rear one not dressed in linen, but both plastic covered)

- Two (2) chairs;

- One (1) standard waste basket

- Biohazardous waste box, and sharps container (serviced as needed by Florida Gulf Coast Tattoo Expo)

- Pipe and draped (modification of booth size or location is not permitted);

- Electricity will be provided, however Exhibitor agrees to supply extension cords and power strips.

- If selling anything in your booth other than tattoos, please get with us for approval, as we have vendors and sponsors we make commitments to.

- No CBD, medical marijuana, or interactive gaming for prizes permitted
